Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping - Diva Plates use Australia Post for shipping. Diva Plates are not responsible for any items lost by Australia Post. However, in the event of a lost package, Diva Plates will follow up with Australia Post to try and recover lost items.
All shipping is tracked and this information will be emailed to you once shipped.
Orders are packaged twice a week. Please allow 6 -10 days for standard domestic shipping.
Express packages are lovingly packed and depending on when the order is received, will have same/next day dispatch.
If your item has not arrived within 14 days, please contact Diva Plates.
Domestic Shipping Costs are $10 flat rate until Christmas 2023.
International Shipping - Diva Plates do ship certain products overseas. Please contact us to organise.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose your Divas carefully as refunds or exchanges are only given for faulty products.
Our products are all packaged carefully and lovingly to ensure they reach you safely.
